ENVIRONMENTAL COMMITMENTS
- From the design phase, we optimise prefabricated structural elements to reduce material use and minimise waste.
- We recommend the use of low-temperature asphalt mixes to our partners, contributing to the reduction of carbon emissions.
- We manage the topsoil accumulated during construction through land reclamation practices.
- Concrete paving and asphalt from demolition works are recycled on-site using a mobile concrete crusher.
- Throughout construction, we apply sustainable solutions such as green roofs and green façades.
ISO 14001 CERTIFCATION
- In all our construction projects, we strive to comply with environmental regulations and applicable standards.
- We strive to preserve the existing natural environment and to restore it upon project completion. Our fundamental principles and compliance with relevant standards are documented in our internal environmental manual.
- When selecting construction technologies, we prioritise eco-friendly solutions and give preference to products manufactured with a favourable carbon footprint.
- We manage waste selectively, and require the same from all subcontractors. Waste declarations are submitted on time every year.
- We pay particular attention to the safe storage, handling and use of hazardous materials on all construction sites.

SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
Pallér Csarnok is a bronze-level supporter of the Hungarian National Ambulance Service Foundation (Országos Mentőszolgálat Alapítvány).
Since 2017, Pallér Csarnok has been a platinum-level sponsor of the Hungarian Food Bank Association (Magyar Élelmiszerbank Egyesület).
Pallér Csarnok is a regular supporter of the No. I Bókay Paediatric Neurology Department of Semmelweis University
Several hospital rooms at the Paediatric Clinic of Semmelweis University No II have been decorated with children’s murals painted by our colleagues.
We actively participated in the “Nemluxustáska” campaign of the Hungarian Charity Service of the Order of Malta (Magyar Máltai Szeretetszolgálat), supporting women in need.
